Only 60 lumens? Man, that is REALLY dim. You could never use that in a room with any ambient light. Also, most reviews I read say the image quality isn't very good, more like 480i that the advertized resolutions.
I watch all of my TV shows and movies on an Epson Powerlite 705HD. I swear by projectors, and will never own another TV. My "screen" is 10 feet wide and I'd put it up against most average monitors in display quality (true 720P). At $700, it is way cheaper than a TV a fraction of the screen size I can get. It also has 2500 lumens as compared to 60. I would really suggest saving up and getting a real projector if you are considering one. The only advantage I see to that one is portability, but where would you use it that you would be able to see stuff when it is so dim?

I already use my gaming pc for emulators with the xbox controller, or use my Galaxy S2 with a bluetooth controller. I am just looking at it as a small, cheap way to play 1080p movies from my hard drive. Looks like a pretty good option. Posted: May 9th, 2013 @ 8:17PM
Can I use it as a small media center PC? I have an external hard drive with movies and stuff on it that I play on my projector through a laptop. Could it replace my laptop? Posted: May 9th, 2013 @ 5:13PM
4/23 - So I'm biking around IVC last night. i see a team of 2 newbs L3 took out one of my portals. Then I see a car that I think is theirs. They start working on one of my portals. The best they can do is kill 1 shield (HAHAH)
So I come back and start repairing, then they give up and drive by and I wave at them.
Soooo I've driven the area for 3 months, I know where they're going next, they're going around the block. So I bike over there, and they arrive and I'm like HiiiiI!! can't have this one either So, I know where they're going after that, I bike over there, and yep they arrive, and i'm like HIiiI!! hahahah And they're dumb L3 newbs they can't do jack shit. so oooooo Funny.
Right after you had just said this:
4/22 - There's this girl which I hate with a passon. She's done nothing but fuck with me since I began playing. She's level 8 and I was like L3, L4, when she began. ... FHER! She's a total griefer. Any time someone is having fun, she gets in her POS car and heads over to fuck with them.
TLDR; I am level 8 and grief level 3s and follow them. Also, this bitch was level 8 when I was level 3 and chased me around griefing, F her.
I love the Saints Row series, but this one seems pretty out there.
And giant dildo bats aren't? :) I love them all, and appreciate each one's unique flavor. First one was serious and they got wackier with each installment, but they are all good. Better than GTA every time, for my money. Posted: March 16th, 2013 @ 9:54AM
You don't even have to go that deep to find problems with the way time travel is handled in this movie, starting with the whole reason for it in the first place. Ostensibly, it is to kill people without a trace (they say there are advances in the future that make getting rid of a body impossible). Well, sending them back in time and incinerating them can't be any better than incinerating them in their own time, since if you can somehow detect one, surely you can detect the other. But it isn't even consistent, because they kill a lot of people in the future the old fashioned way (i.e. gunshot, like Joe's wife) and that seems to cause no problem. It's a lot of trouble to go through all this, AND pay the killer all of that money, just to kill someone.
And why do they have their former selves kill them? It would work so much better if someone else did it, and it serves no purpose other than to make shit interesting. I can't get into a supposed "thinking" kind of movie, which is what any time travel movie should be, if the writing isn't at least to a certain level of plausibility.
All of that said, it was alright for what it was.

I'm a huge Tarantino fan, and here are my rankings of my favorite films:
1) Pulp Fiction
2) Inglourious Basterds
3) Django tied with Kill Bill
Which is to say I loved it, but it's no Pulp Fiction. But then nothing is.
The whole fiasco over the use of the N word is completely overblown. It didn't feel overused at all to me. Maybe it was just because the Europeans who saw it first aren't used to hearing the word. Samuel Jackson was hilarious.

None of my buttons work. I can press enter to go into level select, but then WASD won't move my cursor around. I have a 360 pad also but I hear it doesn't work. I have disabled it to see if it is interfering.
I hear it sucks anyway so I don't know if it's worth worrying about.
Edit: It was my N52 pad apparently. I unplugged it and it worked.

Sounds awesome. I'm glad you guys had a good time. You hear so many horror stories about cruises, so it's nice to hear a good one. Posted: October 7th, 2012 @ 6:22AM
I have T-mobile, and with my 2gb plan if I go over it only slows it down, no extra cost. Granted it gets pretty slow, but I only went over one time. Posted: August 27th, 2012 @ 7:17PM
so your employer pays you while your out right? so you get your wage plus the jury duty money right?
My employer, and I suspect most others, stipulate that while you get paid time off for jury duty, you surrender your government jury duty pay back to the employer. So you aren't double-dipping. Posted: August 16th, 2012 @ 1:40PM
I can't really agree with you on this one. I was a huge fan of part 2, and played through it many times on the hardest setting. This one was ok, but it really didn't feel like Max Payne to me. The style was totally different. Posted: July 19th, 2012 @ 7:17PM
My wife and I were at a nerd convention in Atlanta called DragonCon last year. We went to get on this elevator and this old guy motions for us to get in first. "Nice guy," I thought. I walked in and my wife walked in behind me. Then he came in last, and said "Hey, ladies first ya bum!" He had a smile on his face and was clearly joking. We talked a bit and he was a really nice guy. Then another couple got on a couple floors later and were shocked. "Ernest!?" We didn't really know who he was, but we looked it up later and saw that we had just ridden the elevator with Ernest Borgnine. What a class act. He was a guest there last year.
Here is his youtube video from a panel he did there. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C8_ppop6r98

Awesome! When I first saw Shen in D3, I talked to him as much as possible because I loved the character and his story. And I felt like the voice sounded really familiar. OF COURSE it was the guy from Big Trouble in Little China (and everything else). That's so cool. Posted: July 1st, 2012 @ 9:51AM
