The great things about communications codes is that they`re constantly updated to avoid something like this. Also, if there is reason to believe they`re compromised (say, if they`re on a plane that crashes, for instance), they`re immediately changed.
I know this because I`ve been trained to update communications codes on our (USAF) planes and because I`ve been given a Top Secret clearance just so that I can handle them.
In short: this story sounds like complete bullshit. Posted: May 16th, 2010 @ 8:05AM
I`ve really found my niche with the Protoss. I`m 4-0 on random 1v1 matches, but I`m not really that good so I`m bound to lose soon, lol. I`m surprised that I`ve been able to bounce back so much even after suffering terrible losses in the opening salvo of a given match.
Expanding bases is way easier than any Blizz game that I can remember, and I love that. Posted: March 20th, 2010 @ 9:00PM
Haha, figures that when a lesbian Airman is outed, she turns out to be a weapons loader chick! I swear, all the chicks in that career field have massive amounts of testosterone. Posted: March 16th, 2010 @ 9:15PM
Yeah, that may be true. But she could always get child support. In any case, that would be a pretty crappy reason to not get married. Posted: March 13th, 2010 @ 6:58AM
Why on earth would you not marry a woman that you live with, and share a kid with (while raising the other)? I`m not judging here, but honestly, what are you holding onto? Some phantasm of youth? Face it, you`re an adult, man! Get married already!
Speaking of which, I just bought a house here in Oklahoma City, and I filed an amended tax return last week, so I`m actually getting $9,500 back in four months (they found an extra $1,500 in there somewhere).
Also, although I still claim California residence, I`m exempt from all state taxes because I`m military! I never bothered to have them stop deducting Cali taxes from my check though, since I just get them all back at the end of the year anyway. I feel like I just won the lotto. :-) Posted: March 12th, 2010 @ 1:51PM
I leave this on in the background while playing Quakelive. It provides an interesting contrast; like leaving Galaxy News Radio playing hits from the `40s while you`re obliterating super mutants in Fallout 3. Posted: March 4th, 2010 @ 1:44PM
Well, I wouldn`t say it`s quite the same, Frimzy. My first (and only) Fallout game was Fallout 3, but from what I`ve seen and watched and read, it`s pretty consistent with the look, feel, and overall aim of the originals. With out vastly improved technology, it would`ve been a mistake to keep the isometric view in my opinion. Posted: February 25th, 2010 @ 7:51AM
Guys, the Air Force Academy has a pagan circle so that those who are pagans - which account for very little of the overall AF demographic - can have practice their religion. I don`t see what`s wrong with it considering we have chaplain services for Catholics, Christians, Jews, and Muslims.
The other question asked was how common it is. Well, not very. In my career, I`ve only actually ever seen your standard chapels and Christian chaplains. Posted: February 7th, 2010 @ 3:17AM
What a great idea...why don`t we use all of our platforms to their maximum potential? I mean, we`ve got countless planes in the AF and other branches already that collect intel - most notably, the RC-135s and U-2 and all those UAVs - that can collect buttloads of intel. Do we really need F-22s doing it too? Posted: January 3rd, 2010 @ 6:12PM
