| I do my best, but frankly, it's a super awesome boost to have at the end of the work day. gets me pumped to go to the gym and then work a couple more hours at home.
personally, I'm trying to quit the shit, anything that works that well has to be dangerous.
(and you should multiply it again by 2, these bottles are roughly $4 each).

| Personally, I keep trying the different energy drinks out there when I have to work a really early shift, but none of them make me feel much better.
Sure they keep me from falling asleep on the job, but I still feel really tired, and never energized. Even the 5 hour energy I tried a couple times with little affect. |

| A lot of folks I work with swear by 5 Hour Energy. I've never tried it personally. I like drinking Monster Lo Carb which I can get two 16 oz cans for $3.00. The only downfall is that I then have to pee about five times in eight hours. Maybe I'll give the 5 Hour stuff a try. |

| I drank a couple when I moved down to Florida and had to take the Bar Exam. I've always had trouble sleeping the night before big exams like that, not because I get nervous but because my mind is racing with crap I've been memorizing.
At any rate, they got me decently wired for the exam despite only 3-4 hours of sleep. Worked like a charm.
Definitely not something I'd drink every day (Smokin Joe, u crazy) but they certainly serve a purpose for those occasions where you need to get your ass in gear.

| those things hit hard, but I usually still crash. I`ve been using stay alert gum lately (amazon), which is pretty solid although I can`t imagine it`s good for you long run either.
The less of this stuff goes into your body the better. |
