| It is misleading because decriminalization wasn't the sole contributing factor to any reduction and the reduction wasn't to "Drug Users" it was to "Problematic Drug users". Also 80% of that 50% "reduction" are in users are on Government subsidized treatment programs.
The "study" was also done by the very people who are being paid to administer the treatment a conflict of interests....and none of the study is backed up by hard data, just estimates and generalizations, nothing scientific.
All in all it is equivalent to Obama saying he has created Jobs in the 3 years he's been president. /golfclap

| Iran was a puppet state until Ayatollah Khomeini took power back for the natives. It's understandable why (at least in 79) why they hated the west. However Ahmedinejad is a lunactic. His own people hate him. The only reason he is still in president is because of his fraud in the last election.
And as for the 'agent' they captured. He was a former Marine linguist. I have the exact same job as he did, I know exactly what is he does. I find it extremely difficult to buy into their story that he is an agent for the CIA. |
