I actually watched this about a week ago. It's really amazing how terrible it is. Everything about it is just a mess. The only exception is the cinematography.. which is done by Janusz Kamiński.
Who is Janusz Kamiński, you may ask? Well, after Cool as Ice, Janusz Kamiński did the cinematography on a few other projects you may have heard of.. like Schindler's List, Saving Private Ryan, and a whole bunch of other Spielberg projects.
The director? He made exactly one other feature film... Inspector Gadget with Matthew Broderick.
this is one of those cheezy movies thats actually pretty fun to watch. This crud spawned an entire swath of "wannabes" punk white kids acting black. im kinda glad that went away and now the in thing to do for teens is to be emo or trendy. i`de rather them be emo`s or trendys than thug`abug wannabe`s acting tough and stealing car stereos to try and fit the mold of a "G"
