I complained last week. This week the thing went for 4 1/2 hours. 15 mins to get over there. Over 1 1/2 hours waiting for the game to even begin. AHhhhhhh. It was 80 degrees too. Luckily our field was in the best possible place on the planet. It was right next door to a Sonic. So we went to Sonic and had food during the game. Our kid got a double hit (2nd game) so he did good. I saw one thing I've never seen before, the catcher dropped it and they scored two run while the catcher tried to pick it up. There were lots of hits into the audience too. I'm sure we're going to get nailed one of these games cuz after 4 hours, who is watching every second.

MLady signed up the 10 year old boy for baseball. He looks really cool in his uniform. He got Dodgers. It's cool they gave him a real team instead of something generic. He did great his first ever game. He had bases loaded and made a hit to get on base. He also got a run. When he was in the field, he had a pop fly coming to him and didn't pay attention and it dropped. Everyone laughed including the umpire. Then the umpire said "Oh I shouldn't laugh." But he did really good for his first game, a hit and a run.

But man mf-er the shit is 3 1/2 hours. 1 hour for practice and another 2 and 1/2 hours for a game. I was so bored. 1/2 my day was wasted. I really hate baseball.
