I'm not a huge cat fan. I like rabbits the most, SOME dogs such as Huskys, and cats CAN be ok. I don't know how nasty Cat food smells, or litter boxes. I don't like Cat hair everywhere. I've had maybe 5-6 cats. All of them ended up dying somehow usually getting ran over by a car or running away. The last cat I had was maybe mid to late 1980s.

I've discovered it's all about keeping them indoors. Warblade got a cat in 2000 that convinced me cats can be ok if you get the right one. It was a great kitten but it always tried to climb places it shouldn't and get stuck. It kept trying to climb into the fire place. It was the best cat I've ever had. It would crawl up on your shoulder and fall asleep. When you came home it was always waiting at the door and was very friendly. It would sleep on your lap. I've never seen a cat that friendly. He was a bastard though and would hide my Legos or steal my socks and hide them. Warblade moved out and got married but I sure miss that cat. It is the best. See some pictures. I wish I could find a cat at cool as this one but I sure wouldn't want to deal with the litter box.
