| while the name of the child is certainly unfortunate (as he will be picked on at school for having a name like Adolf Hitler), the parents have the right to name their kids whatever they want.
i`m sure most of you wouldn`t want people complaining because you named your kid John or Matthew or something like that. |

Trying to have a birthday cake made with a swastika and naming your son Adolf Hitler? Clearly, the parents are not innocent by any stretch of the imagination. The kid will likely be heavily teased in school and will ultimately have his name changed. |

I always liked how my parents named me Joe (not Joseph, says Joe on the ol` birth certificate) and then given a last name beginning with E, gave me the middle name Oliver. Hey, now I can get an LL Bean backpack with my initials - OH WAIT, it`s my FIRST NAME WHOAAAAA.
Yeah, that`s about as interesting it gets with playing with your name.
But man, some people... It`s like when people started naming their kids ESPN. No regards for their kids.

| Yeah miami, I understand that point and agree, they have the right to name their child however the want. But a child is not like naming your driveway. As a parent it is your responsibility to ensure a positive future for your children. This is so damn negligent to what the child is going to have to go through, from being teased, to immediately being associated as a racist, to having - at a freakin young age - to learn what Hitler means to so many people...
Might be legal, but its just stupid and irresponsible. |

I joke with my friends and family sometimes and say I`m going to name my kids Jayden and Jose. I always get funny looks when i say "Jose" and people are always like "But Mike, you aren`t mexican."
the fact i`m not mexican isn`t the point. if i want to name my kid Jose, I can name my kid Jose. People have a problem with me naming my child that because i`m not mexican. but the real question is, why should i give a shit what other people think? |

I am going to make the same reference then here. I want to name my kid "Miamihrrcne is Daft" simply because it has a lovely ring to it. I don't REALLY think you are stupid for believing the Pro-Nazis aren't really Pro-Nazis, NO, that would be well... stupid. |

Not to defend naming a kid Adolf Hitler or anything, but any time I hear about ANY white supremacists having kids, I basically just assume that kid is doomed regardless of what they are named. Either way, that child is going to be grow up to be completely effed up. |
