They came up with this new ZYNGA account which levels up. Once you do, you get exclusive rewards at Cityville (which is all I care about). So that has me playing Frontierville again which I got level 104 and quit in November.

Zynga sure has screwed us at Frontierville. Ok the cheese to level to 100 was to make like 20-40 chicken coops. Then every time you use one (1 per day) it would harvest all your chickens. But then you'd cover your whole farm with chickens. So one use of the building per day (x buildings) would get you FAST leveling. So their hilarious solution was to make any chickens harvested without a special protected chicken coop was for a coyote to show up and eat 50 chickens per try. That's really funny expect to protect your chickens you have to upgrade each chicken coop with a TON of materials (4 days per) and it only fits 15 chickens. Anyway... It was still a funny fix.

But then, over the year we've collected say 200,000 food. So they add a quest this week called canning. At part 2 they take 15,000 of your food. You're ok with that because you have tons. But part III they take 50,000 of your food. Which is unacceptible. The quest reward is nearly "0" for it. Then they rigged the quest so that there's no way out of it once started. The 3 quest requirements are have 50,000 food (you do), have canning jars (they give them to you for free already by default) and the third requirement is to tend 300 chickens. SOOOOOOO If you USE your chickens at all, you LOSE 50,000 of your food. WTFWTFWTF. So to avoid losing 50k of your food, you're forced to just not use any chickens anymore. They removed the ability to even delete your canning jars to make sure you'll never complete the quest. You can't abandon it either.

Then I assume if you complete that 50,000 food hit, they'll do the same crap for 100k and you'll find yourself without 100k food.

Pretty devious way of stripping people of 165,000 food they've collected by legitimately collecting it.

They also added this new building. I completed it and the goal of the building is you spamming your friends who have quit the game. If they come back to the game, you get a reward. So they have you doing their dirty business of trying to retain customers haha.
